BasOp welcomes new performing or singing members and hold auditions for these twice a year. New performing members are welcome early in each new year for the show itself which is presented in late May, then in early June for the Summer concerts and in early autumn for the Christmas concerts that are held at the end of November and early December. Details of exactly when auditions will be held will be sent out by email to all those subscribed to member email, see below for details of how you may subscribe.

Membership of BasOp is available separately for those not wishing to participate in shows or concerts.

For those invited to join the society following their audition an annual membership fee becomes payable. A show fee is then payable depending upon the activity that the member wishes to be involved in – play, concert, show etc..

From time to time it may be necessary to restrict the numbers of new memberships available in order to contain the size of the company within the capacity of performance venues available to us.
